The Color of Love Blog Hop #WeNeedDiverseBooks

I love reading books that reflect the diversity of the world because that's the world I know. Visit your grocery store, library or big box store and look around. You'll see people of all shapes, color, sizes. We are a world made up of individuals. A story world becomes more real to me when it reflects that diversity. So here I'm participating in The Color of Love Blog Hop. Check out the delicious graphic:

Here's a list of my favorite multicultural and/or interracial reads to share with you:

And here's a little something for the young people in our lives:

  7. I concur. Diversity is my reality, so I read diversely.
And holy crap, that is such a gorgeous cover on A Tale of Two Djinns! Based on your fave list, I'm guessing you've already tried Alisha Rai? I've read Dev's A Bollywood Affair (admittedly not fond of it) and Snyder's Bollywood and the Beast. Will check Spice and Secrets and Quinn's Third Daughter out.
